Since graduating form the MA Textile Conservation programme in 2001, Anne has worked as a conservator in Conservation Services, the commercial section of TCC. Through these 8 years she has worked on a wide variety of projects from both museums and private clients. Some of the more recent practical work includes: conservation of trade union banners
Through her in interest in ethnographic and traditional Norwegian textiles, Anne has kept in touch with Norwegian professionals, including conservators, through various projects and participation at conferences. One of these projects, the reconstruction of an 18th century worsted wool fabric, has now been put into production by a Norwegian company of weavers.
Anne has recently become an Accredited member of ICON. She will be continuing her career as a freelance textile conservator.
