We know that many people are keeping a regular eye on this website for news about a future for the key activities of the Textile Conservation Centre, following its closure by the University of Southampton at the end of October last year.

This message is to let you know that discussions are continuing and we hope to be able to make an announcement very soon - so do keep watching this space!

Meanwhile if you are interested in applying for a two year Masters in Textile Conservation starting in autumn 2010 please do contact us for up to date information and with any questions you may have about studying textile conservation and about funding.  If you are interested in studying history of textiles and dress (one year Masters course) please also register your interest by contacting us.
